KidsFit Online (Pty) Limited, is a supplier of children’s fitness services, offering subscriptions, programmes, supplies & guidance to you as well as to any other person you purchase on behalf of under the following terms and conditions;
The following Terms & Conditions will apply to ALL purchasers of ALL KIDSFIT online products described sold through the Website and/or APP.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SELECTING YOUR PURCHASES.
BY SELECTING THE “I AGREE” CHECKBOX, OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT VIA THE WEBSITE OR THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND , UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU ARE MAKING A PURCHASE ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON, YOU ALSO ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE MAKING THE PURCHASE AS THEIR AGENT.
KidsFIT Online (Pty) Limited, as the supplier of children’s fitness & services, sells all subscriptions/tickets/products and supplies to you as well as to any other person you are making a booking on behalf of and includes but is not limited to , On demand on-line fitness work-outs, designed and designated for specific ages and available ONLY on a private secure platform with NO commercial advertising, on-line group fitness sessions – led by a designated KidsFit trainer and only available to those you have booked and been invited to the group session. Personal training programs and work-outs on request of individuals.
The Customer acknowledges that these activities can be dangerous with inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence personal injury can occur and the Customer assumes and accepts all such risks and waives the right to sue KidsFit Online for any personal injury caused by or relating to the Customer and/or the Participants’ participation in such activities.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:
Please note that you will be required to be over the age of 18 years old when making a booking and agree to the below when ticking the Terms and Conditions box before children can participate in the programs of KidsFit Online.
Children must be 3 years of age to participate independently in the age appropriate programs, children younger than 3 years should be supervised by a responsible adult as per the KIDSTOTS program which is designed for parent & child. Where you are responsible for children under 3 you agree to be bound by these conditions on their behalf and you directly supervise them at all times.
All participants must be in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions. For safety reasons, participants with pre-existing health issues, pre-existing injuries, or wearing casts are not advised to participate unless they do so as part of a pre-arranged re-habilitation or special needs program.
The Customer and all Participants are required to comply as required and requested by trainers when participating in live online engagements- KIDSFIT online may suspend or cancel the Customer’s and a Participant’s subscription and/or access to activities at any stage in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct.
When making a booking on behalf of another person, you and that other person both agree that you make that commitment as an authorized agent of the other person so that he/she will also be bound by these conditions.
By making a booking or buying a ‘product” the Customer and Participants hereby warrant that they are in good health and have no conditions that would prevent their participation in the KIDSFIT online activities.
Please read these Terms & Conditions before purchasing any KIDSFIT online, once you tick the I agree to the Terms & Condition you are agreeing to be bound by these.
Subscription Plans
On registering for ANY KIDSFIT online subscription product the following terms are applicable.
All plans allow a 14-day FREE trial period;
This 14-day free trial period is only available ONCE per customer regardless of changing plans;
Customers MAY cancel at any time during the 14 day free trial.
After the completion of the 14-day free trial the payment plan as selected will be activated.
Month- Month pay as you go plans continue until such time as customer cancels; Customer has 30 days access after each payment is processed. Customer can cancel at any time.
“’Bulk” up-front payments for an initial period (Initial period is as per the plan choice)
The up-front payment options factor in discounts
3 mth up-front = 10% discount – Allows access for 3 mths
12mth up-front = 20% discount – Allows access for 12 mths
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but there are NO refunds.
ON completion of the initial period the plan if the plan is not cancelled or renewed for another period the plan will revert to a month to month.
