Classes are run by Monika Hamilton, an internationally trained yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Monika’s passion and understanding for the human body allows her to adapt her teaching to all shapes, ages and capabilities. She believes it’s never too early to start practicing yoga, to start benefiting physically, mentally and emotionally from the practice. Yoga teaches us to live fully, lightly and with love.
